In rare unforeseen circumstances, we may be forced to cancel the booking. In such cases, the booking amount will be refunded. No additional compensation will be provided.
Yes. An authorized representative may collect the saree if approval is sent via email from the registered member, along with valid ID proof. Designated couriers may also collect on your behalf.
All items are inspected at return. When collected in person, inspection is done in front of the customer. For courier returns, video recording is done during packaging and opening.
Damage assessment scenarios may include:
Minor stain requiring additional cleaning – Cleaning charges applied.
Fabric tear or burn – Repair cost applied.
Irreparable damage or permanent staining – Charged up to declared resale value.
Loss or non-return – Full declared resale value charged.
If you arrange your own courier, you assume full responsibility for transit risk. We conduct video documentation at dispatch and return for record purposes.
Cancellation must be requested within 8 hours of booking confirmation and before packing or dispatch. Once packed or picked up, cancellation is not permitted.
