How Does It Work

The Rehoboth Couture Rental Journey

At Rehoboth Couture, every rental is structured to ensure clarity, accountability, and premium garment care. Below is the complete step-by-step process from booking to return.


Step 1: Become a Member

  • Choose your membership tier.
  • Submit Aadhaar copy for identity verification.
  • Pay the fully refundable membership fee.
  • Membership remains valid for a lifetime unless cancelled.
  • Membership is required for both rental and purchase transactions.

Step 2: Browse & Book Online

  • Explore our curated saree collection on the website.
  • Rental amounts are clearly listed on each product page.
  • Select your desired dates.
  • Submit your booking request online.

Note: At this stage, your booking is considered a request and is not yet confirmed.


Step 3: Availability Verification & Confirmation

  1. Our team checks product availability for the requested dates.
  2. We verify serviceability and booking duration.
  3. We contact you to confirm:
    • Availability
    • Number of rental days
    • Total payable amount

This ensures full transparency before payment is collected.


Step 4: Payment & Order Confirmation

  • You will receive an official email from our domain (rehobothcouture.com).
  • The email will contain QR code / UPI details for payment.
  • Payment must be made only to details shared from our official email.
  • Once payment is received, your booking is officially confirmed.
  • A pickup schedule will then be communicated to you.

Cancellation is allowed only within 8 hours of booking confirmation and before packing.


Step 5: Pick-Up

  • Pick-up is from our designated location.
  • Operating hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Rental duration begins from the exact pickup timestamp.
  • Saree condition is inspected in your presence at pickup.

If applicable:

  • Authorized representative collection requires email approval and valid ID proof.
  • If you arrange your own courier, transit risk remains entirely with you.
  • For courier handovers, video documentation is recorded.

Step 6: Enjoy Your Occasion

  • Rental duration is strictly 24 hours from pickup time.
  • Sarees are suitable for weddings and special events.
  • Professional photoshoots are not permitted.
  • No alterations are allowed.
  • No blouse pieces are provided.

Please handle the saree responsibly to avoid additional charges.


Step 7: Return Within 24 Hours

  • Saree must be returned within 24 hours from pickup time.
  • For every delayed day, one full day’s rental charge will be added.

At return:

  • In-person returns are inspected immediately.
  • Courier returns are video recorded during unpacking.

Step 8: Inspection & Closure

After return, we assess the saree condition.

Possible outcomes include:

  • Minor stain requiring additional cleaning – Cleaning charges applied.
  • Repairable tear or burn – Repair cost applied.
  • Irreparable damage – Charged up to declared resale value.
  • Loss or non-return – Full declared resale value charged.

The declared resale value ranges between 10 to 15 times the rental cost.

Once cleared, the rental cycle is officially closed.


If We Must Cancel

In rare unforeseen circumstances where a saree becomes unavailable after booking:

  • The booking will be cancelled.
  • The booking payment will be refunded.
  • No additional compensation will be provided.
