Website Terms of Use + Membership & Rental Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website and our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

2. Intellectual Property & Use of Content

All website content including but not limited to text, product descriptions, saree images, branding, logos, design layout, graphics, and marketing material are the exclusive property of Rehoboth Couture.

No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action under applicable intellectual property laws.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

  • No fraudulent bookings or false information.
  • No hacking, scraping, spamming, or data extraction.
  • No misuse of payment systems.
  • No posting of unlawful, offensive, or harmful content.
We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

4. Membership Policy

Rental services are available only to registered members.

Membership Tiers

  1. Classic Circle Membership
  2. Signature Select Membership
  3. Elite Heritage Membership
  • A fully refundable membership fee is required at sign-up.
  • Membership fee is refundable upon cancellation.
  • Refund will be processed within 14 days from cancellation request.
  • Refund will be credited only to the original payment account.
  • No refunds will be transferred to any alternate account.

5. Product Sales & Rentals

All sarees listed are subject to availability.

  • Rental period is strictly 24 hours from pickup time.
  • Extensions must be requested before expiry.
  • Late returns will attract additional rental charges.

Declared Resale Value

The declared resale value of each saree shall be between 10 to 15 times the rental cost.

6. Pickup & Logistics

  • We do not offer delivery services.
  • Customers must collect sarees from our designated dark store.
  • If customers arrange their own courier:
    • They assume full logistical responsibility.
    • Transit risk lies solely with the customer.

7. Condition of Use & Return

  • Sarees must be returned in original condition.
  • Free from stains, tears, burns, oil marks, perfume stains, or damage.
  • No unauthorized alterations.

If usage is improper or heavily soiled, professional cleaning charges will apply.

Alterations

  • No stitching, hemming, resizing, cutting, or fabric modification is allowed.
  • Unauthorized alterations will attract damage charges.

We do not provide blouse pieces.

8. Damage, Loss & Liability

All returned items will be assessed by our team.

  • Damage charges will be based on extent of damage.
  • Assessment will be based on declared resale value.

If an item is lost, not returned, or damaged beyond repair, full resale value will be charged.

Assessment decisions by Rehoboth Couture shall be final.

9. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Applicable taxes, if any, will be added to the rental cost.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

Payments must be made strictly to official bank details as sent to you from our official email address with domain rehobothcouture.com.

We are not responsible for payments made to personal accounts, unauthorized numbers, or third parties.

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation must be requested within 8 hours of booking confirmation, provided the item has not been packed or shipped.
  • Once packed or dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
  • Bookings with shorter time bandwidth may not allow cancellation.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only to the original payment source.

11. Privacy Policy

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you consent to such processing.

12. Limitation of Liability

Rehoboth Couture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the website.
  • Service interruption or website downtime.
  • Data loss or technical errors.
  • Courier services arranged independently by customers.

13. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party platforms (including social media or payment gateways). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such external sites.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delay or failure due to events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, government restrictions, transport disruptions, or acts of God.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
