Cancellation & Refund Policy
(Applicable to Bangalore & Online Users)
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made within 8 hours of booking confirmation, provided the saree has not been packed or shipped.
- Once the saree has been packed or marked ready for dispatch/pick-up, cancellation will not be permitted.
- No cancellation will be allowed after the saree has been picked up by the customer.
- For bookings made within shorter time bandwidths (urgent or near-date bookings), cancellation may not be possible.
- If any special preparation or customization activity has been undertaken for the booking, cancellation will not be allowed at any stage.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be applicable only for cancellations made within the permitted 8-hour window and before packing or dispatch.
- No refunds will be issued once the saree has been packed, shipped, or picked up.
- No refunds will be granted for customized or specially prepared orders.
- Approved refunds will be processed only to the original payment source.
- Refunds will not be transferred to any alternate bank account or third party.
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on banking channels.
3. Membership Refund Policy
- Membership fees are fully refundable upon membership cancellation.
- Refund requests must be formally submitted.
- Refund will be processed within 14 days from the date of cancellation request.
- Refund will be credited only to the original payment account.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Failure to collect the saree at the agreed time.
- Change of mind after packing or dispatch.
- Event cancellation by the customer.
- Incorrect size expectations (as no blouse pieces are provided).
- Minor variations due to photography lighting or screen display differences.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are advised to carefully review booking details before confirming their order. By completing the booking process, customers acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Policy Updates
Rehoboth Couture reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
